About This Job:
- We are an Internet, Phone, and TV service provider based in Ontario, Canada
- Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person to join our team
- Provide advanced (Level 2) technical support for Internet, Phone and TV either to our Level 1 agents, or directly to the customer if necessary

Note that salaries are listed in Canadian Dollars. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support if our Level 1 agents cannot solve an issue (or direct to the customer if necessary)
- Provide IT support to our internal staff (issue with their PC, issue with our portals)
- System admin skills and programming skills are an asset
- Be the point of contact for any IT-related issues
Requirements & Qualifications:
General Qualifications:
- Must have quiet working space to conduct phone calls (absence of background noise, animals, etc.)
- Must have strong & reliable internet connection, as our phone service uses VoIP 
- Ideally have a usable backup connection in the event our phone service goes down
- Must have excellent written and oral communication with advanced understanding of English
Technical Qualifications:
- Understanding of IT concepts (e.g. diagnosing PC issues)
- Understanding of networking (modems, routers) is a huge asset
- Must know how to use remote desktop
- OpenVPN
- Server maintenance
- System administration (Linux) and programming (PHP, Perl, HTML) are a bonus
