High Level Skills for Email Management & Calendar Management (A MUST!)
Schedule Management - scheduling. (setting up travel, meetings, speaking engagements and other appointments), Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
Internal & External Communication- screen phone calls, open and sort mail, and summarize reports and memos that are received before passing the information on to the people they assist.
Information Preparation - preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution (writing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating computerized presentations, writing reports, transcribing dictation, editing, proofreading and other information preparation duties as well as preparing credit packets for new manufacturers.
Records Management - Maintaining company records both electronic and paper filing systems. Managing executive’s organization, handling the re-certifications and licenses, updating information databases, processes and manual, marketing materials, submit Economic Impact Reports, and monitor and update Dun and Bradstreet.
Discretion - being able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential for success in Taylor Distribution Group, LLC.
This is initially a part-time position (during training) and will transition into a full-time
upon mastering the skill set.
