Assistant to mortgage broker

About This Job:
You will assist in the administrative tasks surrounding home loan applications and maintenance for an established mortgage broking company. Your role is to ensure current customers home loans are competitive by reviewing them one-by-one and following checklists. You will be trained up to complete some of the tasks required for assessing new home loan applications which will also require following checklists and completing numerous tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with an Australian mortgage broker; attending to customer needs and requests; following checklist requirements and instructions; ensuring attention to detail and conducting file reviews periodically; assisting in new home loan applications by completing general administrative tasks to prepare for lender submission. All training and checklists provided.
Requirements & Qualifications:
This role is for somebody who has experience in a finance related role, especially if you have experience in credit. You will need to have attention to detail and be able to follow processes. You will need to have patience and go back to double-check details for accuracy. You will need to be available 4 days a week x 6 hours per day (great for working while your children are at school). You will need to have a reliable internet/power connections.
