About This Job:
OptiMindHealth is mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and well being of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We are looking to hire a new team member to work with us in operating our inbound and outbound voice and email switchboard. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing 5 star customer support using excellent English communication skills through email and voice customer contact channels. Agents must accurately document calls, and assign emails and phone calls to appropriate departments while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.
Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A strong fluency with American English with little to no accent is a requirement for this position.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in performing a customer service or switchboard operator role for small to medium sized businesses.
