Remote Customer Service For Online Services Support

About This Job:
We are looking to hire an experienced agent to join our Customer Service team. We are selling document preparation services online and we need customer service agent to assist our customer with their purchase and manage issues they may have with our product.
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
We need experienced agents with perfect English (speaking and writing).
You will need to have significant experience in remote customer service and know how to manage not happy customers.
Your position any becomes team leader quickly. You will need to handle our customer phone calls and reply to ticket requests.
 
 
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
- You must have a fast internet connexion with Static IP.
- You must have a good quality headset and have a quiet place to work.
- We are using VoIP software to dispatch calls and use a Zendesk tool to report issues.
- We need someone who is able to multi-task, being nice with any kind of customers and be very organized in your work
