We build industry-leading, objective focused digital products such as marketing campaigns, landing pages, websites, apps, lead magnets, etc. Our team is quickly expanding as our client base grows.
 
We work with some of Australia’s most successful small & medium businesses from a range of industries, check out our portfolio for some of our recent work.
 
We are a predominately remote-working agency, with minimal in-person contact hours each week. We do have multiple forms of required communication and processes that enable us to work remotely, which must be adhered to by all team members.
 
With the growth of our company, a new opportunity has arisen within the team for a Digital Content Manager. You will be managing, and working closely with the Content Team to strategise, design, produce, edit and publish content across social media and digital channels for all clients.

Currently servicing 8 Client accounts with more on the horizon, our team is looking for a digital marketing savvy team player who can help to create relevant and engaging content that meets the brief, is on brand, and that drives results.
 
We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 3 years' industry experience working in the Digital Landscape, who have a passion for creative digital products. With strong time management and organisation skills, you will produce content calendars to include relevant content topics, for seasonal campaigns, with the objective to reach target consumers at all stages of the funnel.
Stepping into this role within our team will see you reporting to the Managing Director.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 
  • Create & manage digital Marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients

  • Lead the creative team to create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)

  • Develop relevant content topics for seasonal campaigns, with the objective to reach the target audience demographics

  • Collaborate with the creative team to come up with highly engaging social content that drives results and achieves target metrics

  • Writing blog content and Press Releases for global brand product launches

  • Managing all social media content & ad content across various mediums to drive results

  • Deliver campaign reports, and use monthly insights to drive content strategy

  • Support the overall marketing team with growing the Ooze's digital presence to drive results

  • Manage wireframe, copy creation and design phases of new websites & landing pages 
Requirements & Qualifications:
WHO ARE YOU?
 
To join our team, you should:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' Industry experience working in the Digital Landscape, with at least 2 years of digital agency experience

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Capable of developing and re-purposing content for different target audiences, formats and channels, underpinned by strong brand understanding and awareness

  • Strongly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, in order to build rapport easily with existing key stakeholders and clients

  • Initiative to collaborate with internal teams to ensure content deliverables are consistent, with an excellent standard of work adhered to and produced at all times

  • Proven track record of managing and developing successful content and campaigns across multiple touch points

  • Sharp strategic, analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrable design knowledge that's relevant with today's top marketing trends

  • Have an in-depth understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing, and its application in today's landscape
