Roles & Responsibilities:
Full day to day management of all local business SEO campaigns
On-page, off-page optimisation, keyword research and tracking, link-building etc
Liaising with content writers and other outsourcers
Manage all client communications such as reporting, advising, troubleshooting, requesting information etc
Full responsibility for the design, implementation and management of all local SEO campaigns
Manage outsourced assets for the delivery of SEO services
Project Manage all Google Ads campaigns on the client side
Project Manage the offshore Google Ads team
Requirements & Qualifications:
2-3+ years experience working within a Digital Agency environment servicing local service-based businesses
Strong track record of delivering long-term results for services businesses
Perfect English language skills, both written and verbal
Professional, presentable demeanor for video calls to clients etc
Customer focused: Confident client management skills, customer service expertise
Expert SEO project management skills. You need to be proactive at getting things done!
