Roles & Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Collaborating with the Success & Support teams to streamline customer onboarding
  • Making 50+ outbound calls a day to current customers to collect feedback for development and support
  • Driving metrics-driven projects focused on NPS, CSAT, Retention, and Churn
  • Assist with support tickets and calls 
  • Working closely with management and marketing to improve overall product
  • Every day, you will be working directly alongside the CEO & Owner Nick Friend who is a very experienced successful entrepreneur and investor in Austin. As such you will have the opportunity to LEARN about what it takes to build and grow smaller companies into bigger companies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce or Zoho
  • Knowledgeable in e-commerce and SaaS industries
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Ability to have fun at work is a must!
