About This Job:
A SaaS / Technical Sales Development Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be confident in talking about software products and comfortable making dozens of calls per day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify the most appropriate decision maker and develop new business opportunities.
  • Secure key prospect information to identify qualified sales-ready leads and others to be nurtured for future opportunities.
  • Qualify the prospect, establish next steps and communicate important value propositions.
  • Engage senior executives in peer-level business conversations.
  • Ensure all targets are met (lead generation target, daily metrics of dials, quality of the calls).
Requirements & Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
  • End-to-end B2B Sales experience in a software or tech company.
  • Knowledge of software processes and terminology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable with significant volume of outbound activity (~400 calls per week)
  • Capable and confident in communicating technical and business concepts via phone.
  • Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly.
