Utility Administrator

About This Job:
We need a talented Utility Administrator to provide administrative, clerical and computer support to departmental staff. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, preparing and processing correspondence, payroll, and other documents; assisting with developing and compiling various budget and financial documents; maintaining files, appointment calendars, and financial or other related reports or documents; receiving and disseminating calls, mail, messages or other correspondence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
*Greet and process visitors and clients of the Building tenants.
*Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
*Strong customer relations skills.
*Coordinate meetings and handle outgoing correspondence.
*Take on daily assignments as directed by the Property Manager and assistant Property Manager.
*Produce correspondence and reports general office files.
*Maintain inventory of office supplies for building use.
*Process and issue purchase orders as directed by Property Manager.
*Track receipts of materials or services purchased.
*Maintain filing system for vendor/contractor services and purchases general correspondence.
*Track actual and committed expenses and prepare budget variances.
*Schedule freight bookings and update records accordingly.
*Process and route payroll action forms.
*Prepare allocations and other analyses of payroll.
*Prepare insurance reports for filing with insurance carrier and process workers compensation forms.
*Address tenant inquiries and dispatch complaints to appropriate departments.
*Technical Skills and Other: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
May occasionally be assigned to other duties for training purposes or to meet technological changes or emergencies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
You must be:
*US citizen(Nationwide).
*Above 18.
*Clear criminal record.
*At least a High School diploma or an equivalent,secondary education is preferred.
*Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
