About This Job:
We’re soon launching PHLY app in NYC. PHLY is a gamified social neighborhood network that models cities in 3D where every Place is a social hub.
We’ll contract a third party digital company in NYC area to do the awareness, user acquisition and marketing execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Marketing & Commercial lead in US/NYC area to do the following:
  • Monitor, asses and support the execution of the contracted marketing company; learn and optimize best channels, tactics and campaigns to bring the right active audience.  
  • Create and grow commercial partnerships with various content providers, brands, networks and organizations to populate the app with 3rd party content.
  • Work closely with Phly’s Product team to continuously optimize users’ USE cases, viral loops & target segments; gradually enhancing ROI of stickiness and generic growth.
  • Contribute to the overall app strategy; being the main person on the ground
Requirements & Qualifications:
We’re looking for the following skills and attributes:
  • Has marketing experience in Online consumer business
  • Has commercial experience; business developments & partnerships
  • Passionate about new ideas and willing to grow with a startup
  • Lives or can move to NY area
  • Relationship will be via outsource contract; at least during the first year until the business is well established.
