About us:

We are a US-based company who had been in the Answering Service industry for 50 years. As we continue to expand, we are seeking for full time remote operators to join our growing team for our 24/7 Call Center. Training will be done remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fiber Optic internet connection (10 mbps download and 5 mbps minimum upload speed). THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST
Clear speaking voice, comfortable on the phone, and a strong grasp in American English, both written and oral. Must have excellent comprehension and the ability to converse in English effortlessly
Thorough and keen to details; good at spelling
Own PC/laptop (No tablets or Mac) with at least 2 GB RAM
A smartphone
USB headset
Quiet workplace and flexible to shifting and weekend/US holiday shifts
Can start immediately
