Do you love the idea of helping parents and organizers create the most amazing musical experience for their kids? In this role you will report to the Head of Parties & Events and manage the bookings and implementation of all parties and events that we book globally. You must be great at project management, logistics, details and communication.
This is a full time, long term role with one of our clients - Jam With Jamie (----------)
Jam with Jamie is an elite children's entertainment and education company that is located in New York & The Tri-State Area, Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, and Los Angeles. We specialize in interactive musical birthday parties, classes, education, and events for 0-10 years old. We have worked with companies such as American Express, Soho House, Facebook, and multiple celebrity clients. Our mission is to inspire the musician inside of every child and bring smiles to every event we are a part of!
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries
    • Reply to all incoming inquiries in live time
    • Provide quotes
    • Understand all Party and Event offerings and be proficient in handling all customer questions
  • Close the sales of interested parties and events
    • Turn inquiries into sales by doing extensive follow up with all inquiries on a daily basis
    • Handle objections and ensure that all possible parties and events are booked
  • Coordinate all logistics for booked parties and events
    • Book performers (manage master calendar and schedule with all Performers and all parties and events)
    • Coordinate any/all event logistics necessary such as booking equipment, coordinating travel
    • Provide clear confirmations for clients leading up to parties / events
    • Provide clear briefings and prep for the Performers prior to all parties / events
  • Ongoing party and event logistics management and oversight
    • Manage any last minute scheduling changes or issues with clients and/or performers
    • Manage any/all day of emergencies or challenges
    • Ensure every element of every party and event is executed flawlessly
    • Manage post event follow up and wrap up with client
    • Ensure all Performers complete post party/event briefings
    • Work to constantly optimize the smooth execution of all booked parties and events
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5 years project management experience
  • 3 years experience with event planning and logistics 
  • Exceptional technology skills - including, but not limited to, calendar, online collaboration, G Suites and voip phone services
  • Strong phone skills and ability to sell / close
  • Ability to think on feet and a natural problem solver
