The all-star candidate will take on a full-time, EST schedule to help oversee our growing online presence. Roles & Responsibilities:
-Write and implement SOP’s and Process Documents
-Manage product launches and ongoing team projects
-Create, modify, improve: product listings and content, on Amazon and our website
-Product reporting: share reports with team - inventory, reviews, sales, product ranking
-Review and improve Shopify website (identify issues on mobile, keep site functional)
-Identify new projects, and resolve other issues each day! We’re in this together.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Fully fluent in English
-Excited to work full-time on EST schedule
-Experience managing projects with tools like: Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.
-Self-starter, highly motivated, detailed, high-achiever
-Experience writing and implementing SOP’s and/or Process Documentation
-You’re a fan of Project Management or Operations podcasts and publications
-Preferred: experience using Amazon Seller Central or similar e-com background
-Min. 2 years experience in a similar role (Operations Coordinator, Project Manager)
