About This Job:
We are a NY based Bookkeeping company looking for a Experienced Virtual / Office Admin / Office Manager Full Time Pro Active Employee. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
This is a partial list of some of the responsibilities and skills you need to perform and/or have: 
 
Excellent phone skills, be Computer Literate, Speak English Fluently, Highly Organized, Responsible and Pro Active.

You need to be available NY hours 9-6pm, Monday-Friday
 
You will need to be on top of:
 
  • Income emails
  • Incoming scanned documents 
  • Incoming phone calls
 
 
  • Create new tasks for the above and assign it to the correct Employee
  • Follow up if they are being dealt with in the time frame necessary
  • Reassign if needed
  • Understand how to move a task forward 
 
Be on top of our employee schedules in assigning the above for the time frame. 
 
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
You must be Computer Literate
Microsoft Outlook a plus
Task Manager a plus 
 
General Office Knowledge
 
Knowledge of the role as an Office Admin / Project Management / Office Managermanag
