Telemarketing Manager Quality Control & Lead Generation

About This Job:
US based Real Estate investment company is starting a call center.  This is a management position requiring extreme organization.  Must take pleasure in training a telemarketing team to preform at their greatest potential.  Must demand highest level of quality assurance so that all calls are handled appropriately.  In addition to oversight of lead generators, will also be responsible for meeting daily quotas of outbound calls to warm and cold leads.  
 
Responsible for daily call reporting to operations manager .  May assist in administrative tasks and special projects,  
 
Handle prospecting calls, like warm & cold calling, lead screening & qualification, prospect & client follow-up & nurturing. Create new opportunities for the sales team    Opportunities to grow within the company.  
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting daily quota for outbound calls
Quality assurance by reviewing connected calls 
Provide daily reports with call feedback 
Converting prospects to leads 
Accurate data entry
Management of leads within CRM  
Utilizing sales dialer software 
Requirements & Qualifications:
Telemarketing experience required
Strong English verbal and written communication
Strong personality to ask tough questions and be okay with frequently hearing "no"
Precision when handling lead management and data entry
Persistence with overcoming objections and follow ups
Real estate experience is a plus!
