US based Real Estate investment company is starting a call center. This is a management position requiring extreme organization. Must take pleasure in training a telemarketing team to preform at their greatest potential. Must demand highest level of quality assurance so that all calls are handled appropriately. In addition to oversight of lead generators, will also be responsible for meeting daily quotas of outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
Responsible for daily call reporting to operations manager . May assist in administrative tasks and special projects,
Handle prospecting calls, like warm & cold calling, lead screening & qualification, prospect & client follow-up & nurturing. Create new opportunities for the sales team Opportunities to grow within the company.
