About This Job:
We're looking for a person to coach and mentor key people in our company. 
We're a young company with young processes and organizational structure and we could use someone - experienced in IT to help with 
- organizational structure
- business processes
- employee development plans
- etc
 
The person should have extensive executive experience primarily in IT.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define current status
Define short, mid and long term goals
Analyse current processes, structures and entities.
Create suggestions on all of the points above.
Create a plan, timeline and a roadmap for each segment of the company.
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
Extensive executive experience
Be available at least 2 times a week for a voice call
Be ready to work in GMT+1 time zone
Excellent English in speaking and writing
 
Nice to have:
- it experience (CTO, VP Engineering roles)
