Sales Associate For Real Estate Business

About This Job:
We are a growing real estate and hospitality management company seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Associate to join our team of 10+ virtual associates who support all aspects of our company. You will be responsible for bringing in new property management contracts by creating a multi-channel a sales outreach program, and executing on every lead brought in to win the management contract. The sales channels are emails, phone, text, using a script we've developed, but which you can tweak. We expect 1-2 closed deals per month. 
 
You will report to the CEO/Founder of the company who is an experienced business owner studying at Harvard University, and formerly a CPA.
 
SHIFT: 
9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
 
COMPENSATION: Base rate + Commission
Rate: $3.50/hour + $100-500 per contract. 
Range: $660 - $1,060 per month
 
ABOUT US:
 
Voyage Management started in 2012 and manages real estate including short term and long term rentals. It is based out of Boston with 50+ units under management, lease, or ownership, with plans to expand. It owns the brand ---------- brand and may utilize other brands it owns. 
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
The job will mostly involve phone calls with customers/vendors, online messages, research, and admin work. These include, but are not limited to:
- Be the general sales and admin contact for the business.
- Handle all online and phone guest inquiries from Airbnb, ----------, Craigslist, Facebook, and other rental sites.
- Maintain our CRM, calendar, pricing and listings using our 3rd party systems (Hubspot CRM, Mailchimp, YourPorter, PriceLabs, etc).
- Coordinate by phone or email with cleaners and other vendors to resolve issues or give special instructions.
- Process payment (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), submit invoice where needed, answer book-keeper questions.
- General projects involving outreach, calls, admin, personal assistance, research, etc.

What computer do you use (model and year). What is your backup computer (if you have one)?
 
What type of English customer service sales have you done, and how much did you close?
 
How much English phone support have you done?
What type of writing projects have you performed (e.g. blogs, etc)?
 
Do you have any on-site or virtual airbnb hosting experience?
 
Have you been responsible for marketing or social media accounts?
 
Have you used Airbnb, HubSpot CRM, Gmail, Craigslist, Facebook, Excel, Dropbox?
 
Have you built a website using Wordpress or anything else?
 
Do you do accounting, book-keeping, or financial modeling?
 
Is there any type of virtual assistance you are not comfortable with?
 
Are you OK with recording software, in case I need to monitor your work? (What have you used?)
 
Are you OK with the hourly rate?
