Rate range: $8 - 12AUD (B.O.E) per hour, 40hrs/week
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 am to 7 pm Melbourne time | 8 am to 5 pm Manila time (Day Shift)

We build industry-leading, objective focused digital products such as marketing campaigns, landing pages, websites, apps, lead magnets, etc. Our team is quickly expanding as our client base grows.

We are predominantly a remote-working agency, with daily in-person contact. We do have multiple forms of required communication and processes that enable us to work remotely, which must be adhered to by all team members.

About the role
In this critical role, you will be assisting and working closely with the Marketing, Dev and Design teams; undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. You will play a crucial role as an integrator that holds the team together.
We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 3 years' industry experience working in the digital marketing landscape, who have a passion for ensuring the overall success of the digital marketing team and its goals.
 
Stepping into this role within our team will see you reporting to the Managing Director.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You will help the business across a multitude of aspects:
 
Office support tasks
  • Create and maintain an effective and smooth client onboarding process
  • Support the Managing Director and Account Manager with client communications where required.
  • Manage all client & Ooze document storage for ease of finding.
  • Ensure all processes & tutorials are up to date and stored centrally.
  • Ensure the Ooze landline is answered during business hours.
  • Maintain all client & template service agreements.
  • Adhoc support to the Managing Director as needed (calendar management, travel, and etc.).
 
  • Support the creative marketing team through tasks such as but not limited to: 
    • Assist with setting up campaigns & marketing initiatives with the team
    • Research software for process improvement
    • Assist with SEO on/off-page optimization
    • Assist with producing marketing collaterals
    • Assist with content management of WordPress websites
    • Quality Assessment - provide fresh eyes on several web projects and improvement where needed.
 
  • People & culture tasks
    • Create & maintain an effective and smooth team member onboarding & offboarding process
    • Recruit for new team member roles as required in a timely manner.
    • Maintain all team member contracts.
 
  • Finance tasks
    • Perform fortnightly, monthly and quarterly bookkeeping tasks in Xero
Requirements & Qualifications:
What are we looking for?
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Able to work effectively and autonomously in a very fast-paced environment
  • Has a good understanding of how digital marketing is used to grow businesses
  • Familiarity in the following platforms and tools:
    • Canva
    • WordPress
    • Xero
    • Excel and Word
 
  • Experience with the following programs a bonus:
    • Active Campaign
    • WeVideo (or other video editing suites)
    • ---------- (project management tool)
 
  • Proven work experience in a similar role 
  • Experience working in digital marketing agencies is a huge plus.
  • Able to pick up new processes effectively
  • Strong focus on process improvement
