About This Job:
The scope of the job is to increase the on-line presence of NXLog using all the digital marketing expertise you have gained. You would be promoting the company products and services, determining the demand for them and identifying potential markets, executing the company marketing strategy, tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive you would be responsible for the planning and execution of our marketing startegy and would be engaged in the following activites in order to help our user and customer base grow:
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns via email, social media.
  • Work with our sales team to ensure they have the material they need to get their job done.
  • Analyze visitor behavior and suggest improvements to increase conversion.
  • Help enhance our website to make it visually appealing and to get our message out to visitors.
  • Identify and define target audiences and the best strategies to reach them.
  • Create press releases, case studies, news letters.
  • Collaborate with designers to create brochures, whitepapers, videos and other marketing material.
  • Monitor the performance of campaings and executed marketing strategies.
  • Manage our content starategy and work with technical writers to produce material for articles, blog posts and other content.
 
A qualified candidate for this position should have several years of experience working in a similar role at IT and tech companies preferably in the IT security software segment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
We expect you to
  • have demonstrable experience in marketing working in a similar role at IT and tech companies preferably in the IT security software segment with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • prior exposure to software and IT sales
  • hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects
  • proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in marketing, economics or related field
  • Good marketing, communication and negotiation skills
  • Competencies for remote work
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Language: fluent English skills (written and oral)
