Roles & Responsibilities:
We're looking for a team member who is hardworking, friendly, and reliable. Creative problem solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are critical. Must have a strong desire to learn, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements & Qualifications:
You will be responsible for all aspects of providing excellent customer service to our customers, including but not limited to:
  • Answering emails and live chats quickly and accurately to ensure that our customers always leave our care feeling like their every concern has been addressed in a satisfactory manner. 
  • Answering phone calls and calling customers who have requested it, or whom we are having difficulty reaching via email.
  • Providing excellent customer service and striving to consistently improve. 
  • Communicating problems and questions to others on the team and to management in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Writing knowledge or industry culture articles to help explain trends and products to customers. 
  • Writing up a brief summary of your shift at the end of each day.
