We are a USA based Virtual Assistant staffing company that caters to the independent insurance industry.  One of our services is to offer remote CSR  services to our clients.  We are looking for long term team players to perform insurance related administrative tasks.

If hired, a 1 year contract commitment is required.  This is a long term, full time position.

This position is for 3rd shift work.  The working hours are around 11pm-7am Philippine Time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant for our company, your role is to be a Virtual Customer Service Representative for specific independent insurance agencies that use the NowCerts AMS software
 
You would be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
 
Day to day insurance agency support.
Data processing
Emailing
Communicating through instant messaging
Calling insurance/mortgage companies
Problem solving data related issues
Error free completion of insurance agency tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements:
 
  • A computer (desktop preferred) with at least an Intel i3 processor, 8GB ram, Windows 7 or greater
  • Stable internet (fiber preferred) with at least 10/10Mbps speed
  • Internet back up (Pocket wifi preferred) not hotspot or mobile data
  • Web camera
  • Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone (Logitech H390 or greater)
