Property Management - Admin Leasing Support

About This Job:
The leasing specialist will take all incoming phone calls to the company including from prospective clients and tenants to answer questions, inquiries, and other concerns about the company’s listed properties, answer general questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.  In additional to answering all calls, you'll be responsible for all aspects of managing vacancies, including creating Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) Reports, writing compelling ads, editing marketing photos, publishing ads, managing the pipeline of inquiries, following up with prospects, overseeing and processing rental applications, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Understands the overall property strategies as it relates to overall performance goals, occupancy and leasing
  • Manages all aspects of the leasing process for new prospects, including, but not limited to, incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, ensuring the application is submitted property and creating the final lease document for multiple properties in multiple markets.
  • Partner with the property on site team to coordinate live virtual tours, seeking approvals for the applications/final leases and all move-in needs for an approved applicant.
  • Partner with the property on site team to understand leasing strategies, overall performance goals and anything related to leasing/CRM
  • Actively manage CRM queues and maintain all communications and interactions with regularly required follow up from first contact to application submittal for prospects and applicants.
  • Responds to phone and email inquiries including but not limited to providing leasing information, conducting virtual leasing tours, making appointments and completing application requirements.
  • Verifies application information, including income verification, when needed. Forwards to property manager for final approval.
  • Participates in selected regular property meetings related to performance/occupancy/leasing
  • Shops competitive properties online
  • Participates in company required training by established deadline.
  • Complies with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulation, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. N
  • Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Digitally advanced knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills with high level of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem- solving skills
  • Savvy and comfortable using and creating digital content
  • Detail oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities on a daily basis
