Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
 
  • Must be proficient with Facebook's Ads Manager, Google AdWords, WordPress, Google Analytics and CRM’s
  • Must be able to implement ad and email campaigns via the desired platforms and optimise frequently during the week.
  • Must have experience setting up and running Facebook & Google Ad campaigns to generate leads for a service business or sales for an eCommerce store.
  • Must understand data points such as CPM, CPL (cost-per-lead), ROAS (return-on-Adspend), CPC, CPA and Search Volumes for Keywords.
  • Must have a deep understanding of Ad funnels, retargeting, creating Cold, Warm, and Hot audience funnels. (E.g. Retargeting website visitors, creating Lookalike audiences, retargeting social media profile visitors, and more).
  • Manage and support the ongoing conversion rate optimisation strategy, end to end
  • Use various tools to maximise impact of campaigns to drive the increase of ROI
  • Simultaneously manage multiple campaigns for a spectrum of clients

About the role
This is both a digital strategy and implementation role, ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and technology. You will lead, develop, implement and monitor all optimisation projects and initiatives, with hands-on experience across technical requirements and capabilities, data analysis, design and development skills.
 
You are an analytics expert at the core and enjoy a highly visible lead role working with multiple internal stakeholders to lead the measurement, analysis and optimisation of the website and digital strategies to increase ROI. With a curious mind and strict attention to detail, you will present data-driven recommendations and insights that improve efficiencies and performance.
You will be assisting and working closely with the Marketing, Dev and Design teams; undertaking daily optimisations of our clients’ funnels. Covering the following areas:
  • Ad optimisation via copy, imagery, ad settings, etc
  • Landing page optimisation via offer, copy, imagery, content flow, etc 
  • EDM sequence optimisation via CTA, copy, subject line, etc
 
We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 4 years' industry experience working in the digital marketing landscape, who have a passion for ensuring the overall success of the digital marketing team and its goals.
 
Bonus points:
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Conversion Tracking
    • Experience implementing UX principles to landing pages
    • Setting up events with the Facebook Pixel
    • Writing high-level Ad copy (not necessary, but a big plus)
    • Experience with ActiveCampaign, and other CRM’s
    • Ability to market research and validate business services / products, and identify niche audiences
 
Stepping into this role within our team will see you reporting to the Managing Director and Account Manager.
 
 
About you
 
  • You know how to create effective ad campaigns with a focus on low CPL, low CPA, and high ROAS.
  • You are analytical and metrics driven along with a hunger to test and experiment with new and innovative ideas
  • You live and breathe anything and everything related to CRO because you consider yourself a strategist who can optimise lead-to-customer funnels or traffic to revenue conversion rates
  • You have experience with improving and optimising online user experience for B2B and B2C organisations
  • You will combine processes with flexibility, data with wise iteration and curiosity with perseverance.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Proven work experience in a similar role 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously (up to 10) and experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment
