You will be working closely with other leaders in the company to drive new initiatives across different areas within Operations. Reviewing and improving existing processes to increase efficiency and quality of service. Monitoring daily operations to ensure departments are running smoothly and identifying bottlenecks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
For this role, the customer success manager needs to:
  • Onboard team members
  • Develop relationships with clients and vendors
  • Prepare and present executive business reviews
  • Minimize churn by detecting warning signs and proactively reaching out to prevent it
  • Improve existing processes to increase efficiency and quality of service
  • Look for growth opportunities within various departments
Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client success role within a SaaS company
  • Experience working remotely is a plus

  • The ability to operate independently
  • Strong Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, written/oral
This position is a full-time contract position. All candidates must be Work From Home (WFH)-ready.
