Website Developer And Technical Marketing/content Creator

Position: Full Time
About This Job:
Seeking a full time employee that is fluent in English, and experienced in website development and digital marketing for my real estate and hospitality business. The job also requires a portion of the shift to be general admin and customer service by phone or email, so you have to be OK with acting on the company's needs during your shift.

SHIFT OPTIONS:
1) 4pm EST - 10pm EST (6 hours per day), 4 set days per week.
2) 3am EST - 9am EST (6 hours per day), 4 set days per week.

RATE: $5-6/hour

WORK BREAKDOWN: IT (40%), Marketing (40%), Admin/Customer Service/Emergencies (20%)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain landing pages and sales funnels for real estate and other offerings.
- Develop booking engine and integrate API with PMS and channel management system.
- Create and maintain digital marketing automations such as email funnels, ad campaigns, etc.
- Respond to phone calls or emails from guests and others for any urgent issues during your shift.

About Us:  

We are a small real estate investment and management company focusing on hospitality, multifamily, and condos in Boston USA and Toronto Canada. The owner is a former CPA at a large accountancy firm, and currently at Harvard University for real estate development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain landing pages for real estate and other offerings.
- Develop booking engine and integrate with PMS and channel management system. 
- Create and maintain marketing automations such as email funnels, ad campaigns, etc.
- Respond to phone calls or emails from guests and others for any urgent issues during your shift.
