We manage rental properties for our landlord clients.  It is our job to take great care of everything involved with the property and the tenant residing in the home.  When a tenant puts in a service request to have something repaired at the home, you will follow our process to dispatch this to a local contractor and then follow-up to make sure the work is complete and the resident is satisfied.

  • Answering the Phone
  • Responding to Emails
  • Dispatching local contractors and technicians to service home repairs
  • Follow-up with the resident to keep them informed and happy
  • Follow-up with landlord clients to keep them informed and happy
  • Review inspection reports and advise on necessary repairs
  • Review vendor performance
  • Source new vendor relationship as needed
  • Be a great teammate with the rest of our team
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience in Property Management is a Plus
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English/ Spanish 
  • Experience with AppFolio is a PLUS
  • Attention to Detail
  • Curious and Loves to Learn
  • Likes to have fun and be a great teammate
  • Excellent internet coverage with virtually no downtime
  • Willing to work 9a - 5p US Pacific Time
  • Reliable internet and power supply
