About This Job:
Bookkeeper will implement and maintain management’s accounting plan and provide day-to-day guidance to the CEO. The position is responsible for ALL accounting operational functions including (but not limited to): AP/AR, Revenue/Collections, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Credit Card Reconciliations, HR Paperwork, Maintaining Company Files, Data & Reports, and Financial Analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions• Full service bookkeeping using QuickBooks • Online Accounts Payable (A/P) • Accounts Receivable (A/R) • Monthly Financial Reporting • Bimonthly processing of payroll using QuickBooks + Quarterly Taxes• Auditing accounting transactions and billings across departments• Maintaining company files, records, and data • General financial audits and documentation of all departmental practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
Job Skill and/or Abilities • Strong QuickBooks skills Strong understanding of accounting concepts • Well-developed attention to detail and transactional accuracy • Extreme organizational skills and independence • Ability to manage and take full responsibility for position expectations • Ability to manage competing demands and exemplary multi-tasking skills • Ability to work with department managers to achieve company goals • Ability to analyze company financials and present them at a high level Entrepreneurial spirit Education and/or Experience:• Minimum 3+ years accounting experience
