About This Job:
This position’s primary focus is to generate client leads from social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The Lead Gen specialist is the person responsible for ensuring the team achieves our daily, weekly, and monthly lead goals, Facebook Group growth, and Instagram follower growth. The team member in this role will also provide training and cheat sheets to our clients on steps that they can take to generate leads in their business.
This role is a work-from-home role and we use video collaboration via Zoom. This is a full-time position that reports directly to our CEO and Founder, while also working closely with other key members of the team.
This position isn’t always a 9-5 role. This position involves working some evenings and weekends, and at times, responding to team members outside of work hours a few times a month. Also, because our business uses an online business model, a few times per year there will be the need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends preparing for program launches.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Our Lead Gen SPecialist will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and our team. You will: 
  • Engage and invite potential clients using Instagram direct messages
  • Engage and invite potential client inside of Facebook Groups
  • Engage and invite potential clients using LinkedIn
  • Log key client data into our CRM software
  • Track and manage spreadsheets that track client data 
  • Prepare Google docs that provide step-by-step guides on lead gen
  • Answer questions about the best lead-gen methods that are working
  • Teach mini-workshops to our clients on lead gen tactics we use internally 
If you have experience in the following areas, it’s a PLUS!
  • You have experience with a CRM like Cloze and Google Sheets 
  • You have listened to any of the Breadwinning Women Podcast 
  • You have experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar), Dropbox, Slack, Clickup, Trello and Help Scout.

  • If you’re looking to bring in cash until “the economy improves” and your old job calls you back this is not the right position for you
  • If you are weighing this position with a role you currently hate to see which one “works out” better this position isn’t for you
  • You are unwilling to attend team meetings every week which takes place at 8 am EST.

  • Adapts really well to changes on-the-go
  • Is technology savvy
  • Is willing to try new things and step out of your comfort zone 
  • Can handle direct & blunt feedback and course-correct as necessary
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously —gets things done, meets deadlines and keeps promises.
  • Insane attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate business needs 
  • Ability to present ideas and metrics clearly and concisely
  • Extremely flexible
  • Coachable/no ego – happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane administrative tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
  • Ability to secure, manage and appropriate resources at all times
  • Outstanding English communication skills / Ability to create strong relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, key people from other organizations
  • Strong ability to solve problems (creative problem solving)
  • Not locked into working 9-5, but embraces an “until it gets done” attitude
