Digital Sales ECommerce Manager

About This Job:
Your main objective will be around the implementation and execution of a strong digital strategy that speaks to their broad range of audience and converts them to a customer. You will help grow the brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty, project awareness and product awareness . You will identify and implement leading digital opportunities across all digital channels and work closely with the project owner to identify strategic eCommerce direction.
 
Additionally your role will include planning, implementing, and monitoring the digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks with a major focus on Facebook, Instagram and Google, you should be comfortable on the tools and have a strong understanding of the back end of CMS.
 
As the position is responsible for the sales on the eCommerce channel, we will be open to explore a commission based with a retainer fee
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for growing the sales on the eCommerce channel
  • Design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing including our marketing database, email, PPC, content and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Media, planning, tracking and optimising
  • Manage and execute digital branding projects
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and consequent actions
  • Collaborate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
  • Monitor engagement to drive results
  • Convert audience to customers through engaging and thoughtful campaigns
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect the social media engagement, website traffic and target audience
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Implement and manage contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
 
Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is someone with experience and a proven track record in digital marketing – specifically direct to consumer marketing, content marketing and social media marketing. You will also have prior experience of optimal website conversion design and eCommerce management.
In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing position ideally within a direct to consumer brand or a brand with a strong sustainable focus
