Appointment setters for Real Estate startup in CA markets

About This Job:
(10am-7pm) PST Monday-Saturday
We are a small startup in southern California we have a real estate company. More specifically an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) lead generation company for contractors and investors. We operate mostly in southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, & San Diego.) However we are looking to expand into the San Francisco market and we need sales agents that are competent and quick learners. It's key you have had previous sales jobs on the phone, and that you are fully fluent in English, Spanish is also a plus. It would be ideal if you've had a previous real estate job or have some understanding of real estate in California ie terms etc. Mostly we want team players that have positive attitudes and have a desire to expand and grow with a small company. Roles & Responsibilities:
Calling prospects and appointment setting with clients and contractors. Organizing leads in our CRM pipedrive and our dialer justcalls.
Requirements & Qualifications:
