About This Job:
Honeycomb Home Services is looking to hire a seasonal customer service representative to help with out Christmas light installation season. This is a temporary hire and the position will last for 1 and half months. There is a chance that we will rehire the customer service rep come spring time when we launch other home services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Service and General Administrative Assistant
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Respond to email
  • Create mock ups of Christmas displays using Google Earth and online pictures
  • Create quotes
  • Assist with general administrative task
  • input data in CRM
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to answer incoming phone calls
  • Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone 
  • Quite work environment 
  • Experience in customer service with a great attitude
