A private chat connection is counted when you message a remote worker using the private chat feature and receive a reply. If you private message a remote worker and do not receive a reply, a connection will not be counted. Also once a connection is made, both parties can send an unlimited amount of private messages to each other.
An email connection is counted when you use the send email feature to send an email directly to a remote worker. Once an email has been sent, both parties can communicate directly via email and not log into Outsourcely.
We found that overwhelmingly a high percentage of remote workers that were signed up to various sites as freelancers wanted full time and stable employment more than anything else. Sure they'd take whatever work they could get but what they wanted was a job they knew wasn't just a job but an actual career with a company they were vested in and could see themselves being a part of for years and years. You will find that the majority of the remote workers on our platform are looking for reliable long term employment, not short term freelance projects. This required employers that were like minded and understood that being an ocean apart didn't define stability and loyalty. Today we are bringing employers together with remote workers that understand this and the engagement process includes discussions about long-term partnerships. For our employers Outsourcely's focus has been on making sure we have the most efficient and effective platform for finding and engaging talent that genuinely fits the skills and qualifications they are looking for. Additionally, the number one concern we heard from employers was the reliability factor. We have taken this barrier head on and use a 3rd party work history verification system to ensure employers can, at the very least, review profiles that have a proven track record of reliability.

We examined every other reputable platform out there and interviewed 1000s of employers and 1000s of remote workers to develop our system. You find your remote workers by searching for talent matches directly based on specific skill criteria and level of expertise and/or through job posting. You engage remote workers using our real-time communication features that consist of private messaging, voice calling and video calling as well as voice and video messaging. And finally, you hire your remote workers when you have completed a thorough interview process and established a clear agreement regarding expectations, pay rate, payment terms and work schedule.

There is no set amount you pay your remote worker. Every remote worker displays their preferred monthly salary (in US dollars) within their profile. Some remote workers charge less than $5 per hour and others charge more. What every remote worker has in common is a desire to have a legitimate chance of securing a stable job and as a result, most are willing to negotiate their pay rate. As far as how you pay them – most remote workers have PayPal accounts. However, there are other payment options that your remote worker may tell you they'd prefer to use. Since you are the employer, we strongly encourage to use a payment system that you trust and that comes with tracking.
There is no limit to the amount of hires you can make through Outsourcely. Our strategies for successful hiring encourage employers to be very thorough in every phase of the selection process. Ideally, you will find your need for hiring to be 100% connected to business growth as opposed to turn over due to selection mistakes.
There are tools available to you for tracking work in real time. We do not offer any at Outsourcely and don't propose or oppose them – we suggest you set up a system that both you and your remote worker(s) are comfortable with. Ultimately, remote workers (and any employees you have) are required to work or complete certain tasks daily, weekly and/or monthly. We find that employers who establish clear guidelines for when and how to review project/task progress and completion usually have a very solid grasp on whether or not their remote worker(s) is working. We also strongly encourage employers to set very clear guidelines for when their remote workers are expected to be online and available for communication with you and your team.
