About Me
I worked in a BPO industry for almost 7 years handling different types of accounts and companies. I started working in an inbound account handling billing and sales calls for cable,internet and telephone.. I was then a Quality specialist in a Telco account, monitoring and evaluating calls of agents who are handling customers with mobile phone issues and loading. And the latest one was with a financial account as a Team Leader/Supervisor. I am very flexible, passionate, fast learner and has a good work ethics. I am also a problem solver and know how to handle difficult customer or agent.
