About Me
I have exceptional skills in research and information gathering that would get the work done in the shortest possible time. I'm a freelance Internet Researcher and Admin Assistant since 2014. I have worked in the BPO/ Call Center Quality Department for more than 6 years and it has provided me with valuable knowledge in MS Excel reporting, MS Office, agent coaching and training. I am keen to details and have well developed organizational skills which made me an excellent fit working on research and admin tasks. I've been in the customer service industry since 2002 and it allowed me to carry out my excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
