Check and update the Internal Auditors/Process Owners of the company. Furnished notification letters and minutes of the meeting for the Meetings based on the CPAR raised by concerned departments. Review the Customer complaints, initiate an investigation and notify the liable department upon completion of Investigation and Product Testing Report.
