About Me
I'm an experienced customer service agent having worked for 3 years with American company LessonPro LLC and GoSkate.com. My duties included answering incoming calls from prospective clients and customers, giving them information about packages on offer, answering online chats from customers on the company website, passing on sales leads to the sales department, processing customer orders, emailing the customers and confirming their orders and packages that they had bought, shipping out of different materials that needed to be sent out to the customers and I also processed the customers payments.
