About Me
I am a Computer Engineering graduate and have specialized Technical Support and Customer Service in any media such as chat, phone, email and ticketing tool when I started working. I have 3 solid years of experience as the Web Hosting Technical Support Representative in a BPO company and became a System Analyst (Help Desk, Windows Support) in a multinational ITO company, which has given me the vast technical knowledge and honed my interpersonal skill to provide best customer service experience ever. Currently, I work from home as Live Chat, and Email Support in a Forex Trading company. I am the first-line support, assisting clients with their auto trading service and setting up Harmonic Scanner needed in trading. Working from home is a bit of a challenge and with almost 2 years now of doing so, I have proven myself to be self-reliant, independent, resourceful and has integrity which are the fundamental skills of an effective work from home professional.
