About Me
I started as a Technical Support Representative providing phone support for a technical account in 2008 in a Business Process Outsourcing industry and then became a subject matter expert and floor support. I then transferred to a different company and worked as a Customer Service Representative. This time I provided phone support for Billing and Sales. I have been in a BPO industry for 7 years and 10 months when I decided to resign and started as a freelancer in February 2016 as a Lead Generation Specialist for different clients. Currently, I have worked as a Back-office administrator for an Australian Real Estate company where I do common administrative tasks like proofreading, data entry, data evaluation then forward it to the clients. I also worked for an eBay and Amazon vendor as an email customer support. I am a hardworking person and a team player. I can work with minimal supervision and has great attention to details.I have experience in Seller Cloud for eBay and Amazon, Slack, HelpScout, AirBnb, Agoda, InnGenius, Inspection Manager, PropertyMe, and ADL experience.
