My background in Management covers an excess of 32 years in experience and education. While the majority of these years is a combination of military supply, casino gaming management and teaching at a major university, my experience and research also stretches into the Department of Corrections management, dietary and culinary arts, and the health care industry environmental services procedures and safety measures. There are numerous aspects which can be attributed to the success or failure of managers which many fail to see. One of the most influential problems is a manager's knowledge of the patrons and employees in terms of environmental and cultural connections involved with the business.
