About Me
I have extensive experience in Customer Service and Technical Support(phone and chat). I have 8 years working experience, 5 years in the BPO Industry and 3 years providing Virtual Executive Assistance. I had an experience working as an Office Manager back in 2012. I practically did all the start-up work here in Cebu City. I ordered the chairs, computers, talked to a lot of Internet Providers, lease legalities, pre-interviewed applicants and everything in between. I have above average communication skills with a clear American accent. I learn fast and I work very hard. My average typing speed is 60 WPM with an average accuracy of 92%.
I would say taking/answering calls are my forte but that does not limit my skills to reading standard call center scripts. I am pretty capable of getting things done; even I always end up surprising myself with my own capacity to deal with things. I stick to instructions but I thinking outside of the box does the trick! I always take initiative to things.
