3+ years of Core Supply Chain experience, below is a list of initiatives and responsibilities that I have undertaken in my earlier roles - Part of a 3 member team responsible for handling all export order management (work with customers on billing/service agreements, reviews T&C’s, project management, customer service, order entry and assists with service/warranty issues) - Identifying improvement opportunities along with the respective process managers and facilitating launch of projects around these opportunities - Using Lean and six sigma methodology to improve and optimize processes - Part of a 6 member team dedicated to planning and sourcing raw material / bought out for manufacturing from domestic and international suppliers (handled total annual procurement expenses of approx. 6 Cr.) - Plan and issue Purchase Orders through ERP (SAP) system for raw material - Ensure minimum inventory, On-time delivery, and 'right first time' quality from suppliers
