My latest employer was State Street HCL Services, an investment bank, which I served as an Associate Manager who handles the Trade Processing and Settlements of Fixed Income and Equity trades. I handled 5 teams, which composes of 30 associates. Handling escalations and offshore inquiries are my major responsibilities. I also worked on automation of processes and working with offshore parties in testing some process improvements. Before SSHS, I worked with Ingram Micro in various teams and processes. I worked with Account Payable team who handles invoice processing and payments for various vendors. I have also been part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team who prepares a variety of periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) reports that are utilized for all levels of strategic and financial decision-making for the organization.
