I had 6 yrs experience working in BPO industry. I learned how to listen actively and respond to it appropriately. I was a Site Administrator for 2 years, I am responsible for recruitment, payroll, account payable and receivable and inventory. I believe that there's nothing impossible as long as you believe in it.
