About Me
I've worked in the banking industry for 5 years. I started as a telephone banker for JP Morgan Chase & Co back 2012 and was assigned to answer any account inquiries and maintenance requested by customers. Moved over to the Technology side in 2014 where I was assigned to assist Tellers, Bankers, Branch Managers, Market Directors, Regional Directors with account related issues and research. included to my tasks are account maintenance navigation wherein remote assistance is used to instruct branch employees of what to do. Navigated branch employees with account openings and made sure accounts were opened as per policy. Recently joined the ATM monitoring group and is assigned to monitor and submit reports for all the Chase ATM's which are faulted or needs maintenance. Making sure the ATM are in tip top, up and running is one of my assigned tasks and in cases that repair or maintenance would be done our group is assigned to follow up and make sure the issue would be resolved ASAP.
