Hello, My name is James Aaron Solo and I am from Quezon City, Philippines. I am 24 years of age. For the past 4 years, I have worked with several BPO companies here in the Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. The first campaign that I have handled was for a renowned shopping and retail company in the US, and I worked as a Personal Shopper. My main responsibilities were to pitch for sales, track orders and provide customer service. After a year and a half, I was moved to a different campaign which involves Technical Support for Laptops and Printers. The very recent job that I had was for a car rental company in Australia. My main responsibility was for Customer Relations which handles customer's post rental concerns through phone and email. I also do reservation/booking duties whenever the campaign needs it.
