I was born in Managua, I am married, I have a 12 years old daughter. I studied Economy at UCA. I have worked four years in call centers, one of them providing technical support like: • Activating brand new phones/Educating the customers about how to use the phones. • Swapping phone numbers to a phone to another. • Processing payments with credit and debit cards, including monthly plans and phones/accessories purchases. • Negotiating with customers that wanted to leave the company (retentions). The second one sending emails to customers to answer any concern. Basically, customers send to us emails requiring some information about how to fix a specific issue. We reply their emails and sometimes we send attached documents to them with clear steps to resolve the problem. As an Economist, I have worked as a Sales Manager in two differents companies. Developing market strategies to improve cars sales and, at the same time, achieve an excellent brand positioning to consumers.
