About Me
I have worked in the BPO or Call Center Industry for over 10 years. I've handled Sales, Customer Service and Collections accounts. After 3 years of being a Call Center agent, I was promoted to Corporate Trainer. I am responsible for Training newbies and tenured agents. I also have handled a team when I moved to another Company. I was hired as an Operations Supervisor. We are given 14-17 agents per team. As a Supervisor, I implement, monitor and evaluate performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I provide coaching/feedback session with agents to identify opportunities, reinforce strength and create an action plan to drive performance. Also, I take escalated calls as needed. In 2014 I decided to work home based because we were having a second child. I worked as a Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Clients based in the US. I called Seller and Buyer leads. I was promoted to the Management position in 2016. Right now I managed the Inside Sales Agents in our Team.
