About Me
Hi, my name is Nicaury. I have been in the Customer Service industry for nearly 10 years now. I worked in a Call Center for one of the largest rebate companies in the US. I started as a Customer Service Rep, assisting customers with rebate related questions over the phone, via chat, e-mail and also, throughout my time as a rep, I worked in other areas of the business such as Data Entry and Back Office Support. After 3 years, I was promoted to Quality Auditor. During that time, I had the responsibility of monitoring the contacts handled by the agents in the project, developing them and making sure we were complying with our Client's quality standards. I was in this position for 3 more years before being promoted to Operations Supervisor. Some of my responsibilities included monitoring my team's performance, creating action plans when deficiencies were found, completing reports, helping with the recruitment of qualified personnel, serving as a link between the company and our Clients, making sure our goals were being achieved, monitor productivity rates, among many other tasks. I consider myself a reliable person, with strong analytical skills, an eye for details and guaranteed quality. I am a hard worker and assure you I will give my best in any task I am assigned with.
