About Me
I was a Receptionist/Executive Secretary & Admin Assistant in a Real Estate Company (Overseas: Dubai) My tasks are the following: Developing and implementing sales plans, interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback, Resolving customer problems as needed Carrying out research on a daily basis, for rentals, sales and Outsource properties on current market value, provides both clerical and administrative support. I was a Supervisor in the Philippines (BPO Company 6 Years). I started as a Data Encoder and was promoted to Team Leader to Production Supervisor. The following are my tasks: Set goals and objectives & provide assistance and support, Ensure productivity of employees assigned to designated shift, Enforce processing procedures, Train new employees and coach existing employees, Inform, implement, and communicate all departmental and company policies and procedures. I have ventured in the call center industry also as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T and Xbox. I have excellent communication skills that I have enhanced through the years.
